For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, care credit and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
Please note, there is a 3.5% convenience fee on all payments made using a payment card. We do offer a cash discount.

The best way to ensure network participation is to call your insurance company using the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
If we are out of network with your insurance, we still file as a courtesy and utilize your out of network benefits which does not provide you with a great difference in out-of-pocket costs.
We kindly ask that you bring your up-to-date insurance card with you to your first visit so that we can have it on file. Our insurance coordinator takes time to look up your benefits to give you an accurate estimate of treatment costs and insurance coverage to maximize your benefits.

Financing Options:

In-House Membership Plan
Dogwood Family Dental understands that not everyone has dental insurance and still wants an opportunity to receive dental care at an affordable cost. We have created a membership plan to offer discounted dentistry for a promise for consistent dental care.
Annual membership fee includes 2 exams/cleanings/xrays in 1 calendar year as well as 2 limited or emergency visits as well as a discount on ALL services including implants and clear aligners.
